Ronald A. Dabbieri, President

Ronald Dabbieri, is the Founder and President of TurretTech, LLC Mr. Dabbieri brings over 43 years of technical, engineering, management, acquisition and leadership knowledge. With his senior level Information Management government service, hands on technical knowledge, U.S. Contracting Officer experience and senior executive qualifications, Mr. Dabbieri possesses a rare combination of education, public service experience and private sector credentials to successfully lead Information Technology businesses supporting Federal Government clients.

Mr. Dabbieri founded TurretTech, LLC where he is Owner and President to consult to the Intelligence Community and as a Senior Acquisition Expert well versed in DoD Acquisition Policy and Execution. In this position he worked directly with the Senior Facilities & Logistics Board (CISFLB) which overseas community shared facilities construction and logistical support focused in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility and directly with all the major intelligence agencies (NSA, NRO, NGA, DIA and others) and military service intelligence commands to plan, coordinate and execute construction of shared intelligence facilities. He also began supporting the High Performance Computing Directorate (HPC) as well as the Installations and Logistics Directorate as an expert in the areas of Information High Performance Computer Data Center Planning, Information Technology Fit-Up, and Military Construction planning and execution. He most recently supported "Key Members" of the Intelligence Community for CENTCOM initiatives including direct support to the mission theater.

Mr. Dabbieri was a co-founder of Bridge Technology Corporation where his leadership of a Team of Acquisition experts guided the highly successful stand-up of the NSA Senior Acquisition Executive organization. SI International Inc. acquired Bridge Technology Corporation in 2004 and Mr. Dabbieri became a SI Senior Vice President managing the Bridge Technology business unit until retiring in May 2008.

Prior to Bridge technology, Mr. Dabbieri was Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of Sytel, Inc. reporting directly to the CEO & President where he was instrumental in leading the company from being a $16 Million networking company to a $60+ Million major Information Technology services provider.

Mr. Dabbieri retired in 1996 as Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Director of Information Management for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Washington, DC, reporting directly to the Deputy Chief of Engineers. In this assignment, Col Dabbieri's organizational leadership ushered 3 ACAT Programs through the Pentagon DOD 5000 oversight process to Milestone C Full Fielding one of which was CEFMS - now the Defense Joint Accounting System (DJAS) - used by several Industrially Funded activities including the Missile Defense Agency and the Navy Ship Building.

Mr. Dabbieri holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, 1974.
